Responsibilities:
  • Establish, develop, and maintain a continuous working relationship with the client
  • Ensure that client specified KPIs are met on a regular basis
  • Listen to calls to ensure client quality metrics are attained
  • Create and develop a sales manual
  • Assist the CM in his/her daily tasks
  • Take over the daily tasks of the CM in his/her absence
  • Initiate, coordinate, and monitor Performance Incentive Programs
  • Develop and improve individual and team overall performance
  • Identify and implement necessary changes in scripting, process, personnel, training, and monitoring
  • Utilize and communicate changes in regulations, policy, and procedures
  • Conduct weekly and monthly assessment and evaluation
  • Propose fun and exciting daily, weekly and monthly activities to help motivate the team
  • Monitor individual performance of team members
  • Coach team members to achieve targets and KPIs with a focus on sales & communication skills
  • Provide feedback to team members on their performance & deliver performance reviews
  • Manage performance issues such as absenteeism, under-productivity
  • Ensure all processes are adhered to by team members
  • Identify any opportunities to improve processes
  • Create a motivating and inspiring team environment and a cohesive and engaged team
  • Recognize and reward achievements
  • Generate timely reports
Desired Skills and Knowledge:
  • Exceptional English – verbal and written – communication skills
  • At least 2 years’ experience in performance development
  • Effective client management, performance management, and agent coaching
  • Strong leadership skills – able to lead, motivate and coach a team
  • Strong reporting skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Excellent decision making skills
  • Self-motivated and able to motivate others by providing constructive feedback
  • Ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel
