Job Summary:
  • To research, develop, organize, document, control and maintain process and procedure documentation required for the organization’s effective implementation of the operations and management system of RAFI and RMF Group.
  • Bachelor in Business sciences
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
  • Excellent writing skills
  • An understanding of business processes and proficiency in process mapping/flowcharting, information gathering and organization
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of the principles and practices of ISO
  • Ability to interpret and apply company policies, methods and processes
  • Prior work experience in preparing Quality Management System documents and document control functions, experience with ISO 9001 certification preferred
  • Professional certifications to ISO preferred
  • 2 years related work experience
  • Primarily involved in documenting the business processes and procedures within RAFI and RMF Group
  • Create, develop, plan, write and edit process and procedure documentation, including manuals, procedures, flow diagrams, charts, work instructions, forms, etc. needed for the organization’s management system
  • Conduct interviews, review existing procedures and documentation, observe staff activity and consult with subject matter experts to fully, accurately and formally document internal methods, work processes and procedures in accordance to defined format.  Coordinate with concerned process to ensure adequate documentation and document control.
  • Review and proofread documents for consistency in accordance to defined format and system requirements.
  • Perform activities of document control, including distribution, tracking, managing and controlling of issued documents in accordance to Control of Documents procedure.
  • Adhere to and enforce policies and procedures related to document and record control and report on the performance
  • Review procedures and other controlled documents at regular intervals to ensure they are still accurate, up-to-date and correct over time.
  • Conduct documentation audits to assure compliance to and accuracy of process documentation, and to recommend improvements.
  • Assist in the implementation, management and administration of electronic document management system in line with standards.
  • Provide support in process analysis and process improvement initiatives and update related documentation based on process improvement.
  • Assists the BPM Lead in driving innovation and continual improvement in RAFI and RMF, and other business process management and improvement related work whenever needed.
